He’s definitely gone if our current form continues to the end of the season, no brainer there.

We tend to turn things around and we will be better without Pedro too.

I'm not so sure! Even if we lost the last 5 I think Tony will stick, see how we start next season with a fit full squad?

Tony has built a reputation of giving managers time which then assists in his recruitment, as potential candidates know they wouldn’t be sacked at the first dip in form, so I don’t think he’ll sack FH unless the tail off in form continues. Ideally he’ll want to buy a pacy centre back and possibly a RB in the summer and see how he goes again next season.

However, if FH does go;
Knutsen; has turned down approaches from Celtic and Ajax before and has just got his club to the semifinals of a major European tournament so I can’t see that we’d have much chance of getting him.

Liam Rosenior; would be my choice as I think he now has experience in a top league and has brought together a group of young talented players in a way that I’m not sure FH has. The obvious advantage is that the fans would take to him straight away and you’d think he would want to come unless Strasbourg get into the Champions League and then the pull of that may be too much for him. Talked about as a potential replacement for Maresca at Chelsea and so if we do move for him I expect it would need to be in this coming window.

Liam Manning; typical Tony Bloom candidate. Not a ‘name’ as such but has done relatively well for a lower budget team. After taking on FH who hadn’t managed in a top division I’d be wary of going down the up and coming manager path again, with a manager who hadn’t managed in a top league.

Southgate;
Too much working against this including what salary he’d expect, the fact that he’s ex Palace, and that he’s duller than dishwater.

All ‘in my opinion’ but I think it’s highly likely FH will start next season in charge. However, the one thing we do know is that if Tony pulls the trigger it’s usually at the end of the season.

In a way I find that really sad, I thought Pedro was the closest thing to usurping Mark Lawrenson as the greatest player to ever pull on a Blue and White shirt, yet he appears to have almost lost the plot or at least had his head turned.

He‘s clearly ‘checked out’ and with him missing the next 3 I wonder if we will ever se him in an Albion shirt again?

Probably frustrated how crap the team is at the moment

Not a chance he would have fully lost the fans.
Does Tony listen to fans? Maybe to a point as he is 1 of us but he also knows the cost to him if he twists. My gut is he'll give Fab next season and if a poor start (10-15)games and we're not improving with fully fit squad then he'll make a decision. I can't see Tony pulling the plug anytime beforehand irrespective of how the last 5 games go

Agree. It does seem as though Pedro thinks he's better than the team.

If thought that on the pitch, he definitely will be off at the first offer if he watches from the stands like the rest of us….

i wonder if he will get annoyed by players waving their arms up encouraging the crowd 😒
I actually find that quite patronising, and I would have thought one of the older players would have told him to knock it on the head.
