Do you really sing “ we pay your benefits” to palace fans ? As they make there way to the slums in Purley, Woldingham, Sanderstead and Warlingham….or on my train East Grinstead.

I hate that song being sung anywhere especially by some spotty 16 year old oiks who pay FA taxes/NI etc

Does anyone know if you have to travel from Brighton? I’ve moved north of London and was planning on just changing at London Bridge and getting off at Norwood Junction but unsure if I can do that due to escort/special services etc? Any thoughts would be great, thanks!

There wont be a problem on the way there but you will have to plead with the plods to get on a north bound train after.

You can just make your own way there but if you're part of a loud an noisy group of Brighton fans you will be kettled from the station.

There wont be a problem on the way there but you will have to plead with the plods to get on a north bound train after.

We always go via Penge to avoid Croydon. You'll be fine afterwards as well once you get back to Norwood Junction. The first platform you come on to is normally the one back north.
