I think the City fans are engaged in ongoing protests against the club with regard to various ticketing policies, so that might be a part of it.

I took your comment ... " for me " being the key word though. Not for a lot of other people ... as being 'yeah, you might think that but a lot of other people don't'.

Add in a 'for me' from me too. No idea why it shouldn't be a penalty: clear contact on Ramsey, the minor touch failed to redirect it away from his continuing path.

Would you say the same if a keeper dived at an attackers feet and got a slight touch on the ball and then collided with the player? Not much difference and it would be described as great keeping.

Impossible to say a definitive yes or no as there could be variations of what you're trying to describe. Some might be a pen - some not.
