True he’s not but lots of upper middle class kids have similar hair styles to him. Go to any public prep school or an expensive private one.

In France even a remotely middle class young French boy won’t have the type of shaved haircut that working class parents in the UK allow for their kids. It’s considered the height of poor taste.
