Both goals came from moving the ball and opposition around so much that Ayari and Baleba had time to settle, eye the shot, hit it without pressure on them. In the PL that time and space doesn’t come from just whacking it.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I was just passing an opinion that the direct nature of the goals is something we need to lean in to a little more. On another day we recycle that wide and piss it away, trying to drag the opposition around.

Baleba’s goal came from little build up, a lot of skill and a fair bit of desperation and it was as refreshing as it was great to see it go in, with most ppl in the stadium not expecting it either.
