Brilliant, deserved win. We'll be very hard to beat at home this season. Farby has done such an incredible job.

Bring on Surrey! Sounds like Robinson will be back... Let's hope it's not spoiled by the weather.

Great win for Sussex. Looking forward to hearing why we rested Craig Overton. Ridiculous after one game.

Amazing win by Warks, they looked to have no chance a few hours ago. I didn't think of them when I thought we'd be top on our own (and missed Notts completely). But it's a great start to the season - four Sussex centuries in the first two games.

Rape of Hastings, Sussex
When the fixtures were published back in November this one was the first I looked for. Sussex v Surrey starts at 1100 and another day in Hove beckons for me for the second Friday in a row, although the weather doesn't look as nice for this afternoon as last week.

Robinson back in Hunt, who's having a scan on the muscle injury he picked up against Somerset, is the only change to the 13 man squad from last time:

Sussex: Alsop, Carson, Carter, Clark, Coles, Haines, Hudson-Prentice, Hughes, Karvelas, Lamb, Robinson, Seales, Simpson* (wk)
