Why does the moderating decisions forum not get updated anymore?

I always quite liked the transparency it gave. Maybe it was one piece of admin too many for the mods.

I wonder if any of the moderators have ever been banned, or do they have some kind of diplomatic immunity?

Bozza catagorised updating the Moderating Decisions Forum as Administrative Duties, which is remunerated at time and one third (except on public holidays when it is subject to an additional 7.75% uplift or time off in lieu).

The Moderating Union maintain that updating the Moderating Decisions Forum should be classified as Extra Non-specified Special Duties (Ocassional). This is remunerated at time and a half.

Until such time as a compromise position can be reached, sadly the Moderating Decisions Forum remains un-updated.

Fresh talks have been scheduled for after the summer. Watch this space!

Mainly because very, very few people are banned.

No bans = nothing to update.

But it's fair comment. I put that there to give a level of transparency that I felt was missing from most other forums, and I'll ensure it is updated on the rare occasions that it should be.

Swansman / Han Solo was given a one-month timeout to give me some time to try and figure out what the hell to do about arguably the most divisive member we've ever had on here - and there have been a few. But he has since contacted me requesting to be removed completely from the forum, which I am in the process of doing.
