Gomez hasn't been all that fr the last few appearances.
I'd go with Wieffer /MOR in front of Carlos.

We need to be rock solid defensively. I would look to have Weiffer and Baleba cproviding cover for our under- performing back line.

Throw on Gomez for Weiffer or Cashin or Dunk for the last 15 if we're still desperate

I would rather start Belab at CB over Cashin, thought Baleba was our best player against Leicester.

Score more goals than West Ham .

MOR 100% has to start, he's been great of late and getting better.

Team & Tactics: Play strongest fit 11 in all the right places and go hell for leather for the first 60 minutes. Try and score 3 or more goals. Then swap in 4 off the bench for the half fit/can't manage a full match ones and just keep one back in case of injury who can have the last 10m.

Try what’s currently working for others. Two pivots protecting the CB’s, FB’s to not abandon defensive duties, perhaps play 20 yards further back to deprive Bowen, Paqueta and Kudus space to run into.

‘An opportunity for FH to prove the doubters wrong’ is a nice way of saying he’s under pressure to produce a better performance by the team. I get that. We need to see improvement and a team playing like they know what they should be doing.
Veltman back hopefully at RB will mean Hinsh can partner Baleba in midfield.
Would be nice to get a win but the standard of performance is key too.

Tactics: stop conceding that goal on the break that we always concede. Or at least if we have to concede it, maybe consider conceding it a bit later in the game

The 10 minute boycotters are going to miss at least the first 2 goals

I'm assuming JPVH is out of contention - but that is probably a bit premature.

But in all honesty, if JP is back, I'd probably prefer to play Cashin to Dunk
