not that I have had one for ages, however the Eagle on City Road/Shepherdess Walk does the most incredible Fish Finger Sandwiches ( but the "bread" is a Ciabatta)

I have NEVER had a fish finger sandwich, but I am not adverse to the idea. I quite like fish fingers, but they HAVE to be doused in vinegar, and I'm not sure that would work too well within a sandwich context.

Do you butter the bread ?
