The Humble Fish Finger Sandwich

I have NEVER had a fish finger sandwich, but I am not adverse to the idea. I quite like fish fingers, but they HAVE to be doused in vinegar, and I'm not sure that would work too well within a sandwich context.

Do you butter the bread ?

Oh yes, the bread must be buttered. A crusty bloomer is my bread of choice
