Bad decision. Just gives more ammo to those that hold him up as a Martyr that the system is trying to victimise. What real difference would allowing him into the wing make? In fact would have been much more of a risk to Robinson to let him out there.

Comes out on licence, immediately organises a rally and shows the film again, breaks his licence and goes back inside to maintain his martyr status (which is effectively him segregated with a phone and laptop). The Prison Authorities would have a duty of care. If they let Little Tommy in amongst the general prison population and he got assaulted, no doubt he would sue their arses off for not protecting him.
The authorities can’t win against tw@s like Little Tommy.

pretty sure a mere assault is the best he could hope for , I wouldn't give him more than 48 hrs on the main floor , having said that he will be bound to have supporters inside also so the prospect of two gangs forming pretty quickly is probably something the authorities are keen to avoid , the situation is being handled in the only practicable way imho.
According to my next door neighbor the film is freely available on the internet and has close to 170 million views . So no need for him to be released at all

its bad either way mate ....they put him in a prison full of Pakistani crims , they can deal with it..he's in on a misdemeanour and there are people at large guilty of far worse , he's been made an example of , simples......how are the mean streets of Faversham these days old boy ( or whatever leafy hamlet you post from) awash with knife crime and acid attacks , free Palestine protests ...?? yeah ? , nah ? , thought not.
