Before Crossroads he was in General Hospital , a soap shown in the afternoons on ITV. In both programmes he was given romantic storylines involving him with female characters which would have never happened in real life. I think he used to live at Marine Gate which was only a short stroll away from Dukes Mound (which was convenient)

yes, I believe he lived/lives on a boat in the Marina.... he made the news once for helping to fish someone out of there once..... not sure if he threw the bloke back in after he finished with him !
