Top 3 Best Pubs in Brighton/Hove

Mendoza

NSC's Most Stalked
Well we've had nominations for the worst, so we may as well find out where the good members of NSC actually enjoy drinking!!

For me Duke of Wellington, by Brighton station, great landlord, great selection of drinks, massive tv's for watching soccer am/lunch time kick off game before heading to withdean

Geminis - the only thing thats annoying are the prices, but its truly amazing sitting on the beach with a cold beverage, being served by a pretty young lady with hardly any concept of the english languae:jester:, watching people slowly fry themselves in the sun, whilst a group plays numerous accoustic cover versions

Basketmakers - great post match pub, massive selection of drinks, and some of the best pub grub about

The Cleveland
The Bugle

Can't think of a third one. It used to be the Preston Park Tavern but that's been all poncified and the lads have gone. Basically I suppose my 'favorite' pub (echoing Tedebear's 'what makes a pub?' thread) is wherever my friends/family are.

the food in The Yeoman is quite excellent

The Fish Finger Sandwiches:drool: One of those pubs I could quite happily spend all day drinking in. Sort of cosy and open at the same time.
