I believe the first Cornish club to reach the highest pyramid level in English football welcome to The National League. Manager John Askey got much troubled Macclesfield Town back into The Football League before issues at both Port Vale and Hartlepools FC saw him leave both clubs which i understand was down to ownerships/managment at both clubs ? Call it for what it is,but well done.

Truro will be playing Carlisle next season. That is a proper mission!

I want Torquay to go up so that I can watch Brackley play at Torquay the same way I used to watch Brighton there!

Not entirely clued up as to the extent of it, but last season they had to play 10 games in the space of 20 days miles away from Truro due to not having a home ground to play at.

They stayed up comfortably in the end, but it looked quite rocky at one point. The turnaround in the last 12 months has been incredible, and for that they fully deserve their flowers.

The playoffs beckon for Eastbourne Borough and Worthing now, who could well play each other next Sunday should Worthing make it past Maidstone on Wednesday night. Shame that it will clash with the Brighton game though should it happen!
