I found the passage in NSC Antiquities:

And it came unto pass, that there went out a decree from Bozza, that of all NSC shall sleepeth upon the command of Zebedee. And the name of the he that shall commandeth must be Zebedee, and none other shall commandeth than he. And NSC saw that it was good, and thus napped, after Zebedee had commandeth, except @Home and Away who was smite by Bozza, saying 'Dost thou not knoweth the law of the thread ?
