I met John Petrucci last year.

Nice. I've seen them twice over here. Once when they were supporting Iron Maiden and another when they were the headlinging act and both times they were excellent.

The Count of Tuscany is a great workout song but it's more the way the music and lyrics are structured and performed. Just an exquisite song. And the fact I have Tuscany on my bucket list for a holiday.

I turned shuffle off for this album. It's perfect for the Friday afternoon wind down for the weekend.

Very good news. The track I posted isn't the greatest, but it is honestly what is on my iPOD right now (random play).

As it happes I got home to find two CDs by Port Royal I ordered when drunk recently have arrived. I am very happy.
