County and Forest have both played at home on the same day before, with one match kicking off an hour after the other although this was a Saturday afternoon. I don't think the police would object because it makes for efficient deployment of PCs.BUT Forest play Villa on Sky on Saturday so Thursday/Saturday wont work. So Forest have to play Tuesday or Wednesday.
Another point is Notts County have a home game on the Wednesday so in reality we will play on the Saturday 12:30 or 5:30 slot.
I don't get why are our tie and Villa's weren't scheduled for the same day, because then the league fixture could have remained intact.Us playing on Saturday and Villa playing on Sunday would be the ideal, having the extra day's recovery before the league game.
Purely down to BBC and ITV pick order and what games they wanted and when in their schedules they wanted to show themI don't get why are our tie and Villa's weren't scheduled for the same day, because then the league fixture could have remained intact.
Think Fulham were also scheduled to play on the Tuesday so something had to give. Not a great hardship!I don't get why are our tie and Villa's weren't scheduled for the same day, because then the league fixture could have remained intact.
It already is really, and it was never in doubt. The only seats left are singles, and as such will be harder to sell.Definitely gonna be a sell out![]()
In response to this the club have made available more seats in the North by allowing people to buy in the disabled areas right at the front including quite a few pairs and even some triples.North stand sold out and pretty much singles everywhere else now - less than 2 weeks get in quick you want to go
About 80 seats just made available in E1G. Maybe they reduced the segregation between home/away fans.

Currently 183 left.
This sprang into my mind too - that is still the best 30 minutes at the Amex for me, Chelsea and Marseille got close, but that was the one. It was feral until their fluked equaliser.Should be a big crowd as tickets had to be bought so no points harvesters empty seats. Just need to get that Sheff Wed atmosphere going.
Sorry to go all Chaileybot, but I'd say there have been several games where the ground has been absolutely packed.Bus replacement south of Three Bridges is a real pain on a Saturday night but wouldn’t miss this one for anything. Is it going to be the highest ever ‘real’ attendance at the Amex?
