Yes, like most on here, slap bang behind the goal. Great day, remember celebrating at the Seagull Tavern (now Hove Park Tavern) once we got back from Highbury. No recollection of how we got up there or back - think it must have been by car 🤷‍♂️

That fee kick remains my favourite ever BHA goal

yes others are more important and significant in particular ways, but . . . . . That was faultless

I was behind the goal for the Case goal wearing my “lucky” Submariners jumper, I was frying but didn’t dare take it off.

I saw Case kick the ball but I was about 3/4ers of the way back and didn't see it hit the net, but the tsunami of the celebration hit us milliseconds later.

Yes, of course.

If you were of an age to attend, you would be there. Anyone of an age who chose to not attend, is really not a proper long-standing supporter.

Probably just one of the regular trolls on this forum like Watford Zero.

I moved away from Moulsecoombe in the summer of 82 when I was about 14 and didn’t really keep in touch with my old school friends however when I entered the Clock End I saw about half a dozen of them for the first time in about a year.
I remember feeling surprised even shocked that they’d all taken up smoking.

Bloody funny the weird shit you remember.

Happy days, sprayed my hair (I had some back in the day) blue and white. Baking hot day and the colours ran, ended up with a sky blue face.
I think it was the first time I realised just how much football and the Albion really meant to me.
