Not bedwetting (much) but it's going to be very tough I think, although, on the plus side, there's only Newcastle with something to play for really...

Brentford (a) - 1 point
West Ham (h) - 3 points
Newcastle (h) - 1 point
Wolves (a) - 0 points
Liverpool (h) - 0 points
Spurs (a) - I actually think we'll win this and get Ange the boot - 3 points

TOTAL: 8 points for a grand total of 56 points which, on reflection, seems about right. Whether that gets us Europe in some way, shape or form, is another matter.

Brentford (a) - 0
West Ham (h) - 1
Newcastle (h) - 0
Wolves (a) - 0
Liverpool (h) - 1 ….. it‘s the annual Albion cup final, the M6/M40/M1/M25/M23 derby.
Spurs (a) - 0

My rationale, we’re painfully slow and incredibly sh1t in defence without Webster, even Wolves have a load of skilled and pacy game changers. And we lack the nous, something different from Rutter.

Pre the FAC injuries, I felt we had a chance of 5th, we were flying.

Another question to NSC’ers …. of the 6, how many clean-sheets will the team achieve?

I guess we have two focusses now. Win our little mini league with Fulham and Muff and try and get 8th

If we can't do that, hold off any charge from Palace and far less importantly Brentford to make sure of a top half finish

Looking at the fixtures is basically pointless isn't it? We could win anything or lose anything

Depends on whether we get some defensive reinforcements from the treatment room. If not, our race is almost certainly run and we'll be lucky to scrape up just a few points.

The trouble is, the players who could realistically help have been out for so long, they would need a while to get back up to speed. I reckon, what we've got has got to get us the points we need and we have to pray we don't lose any more to injury.

Considering I've got tickets to Brentford and Wolves away, I hope we do a lot better than the predictions on here : -)
West Ham could be a banana skin. Played very well at Liverpool.

This is it, I think. One from the three will make Europe.
Do we have an update on how likely 8th is to get Europa Conf? I get so confused by the permutations.

There was some nice approach play. They created loads of chances, which they mostly botched, then lost to a completely unjustified winner. Ah yes it all sounds so familiar, who is their manager again?

FH basically destroying Cashin on Saturday has finished it for me, shocking man-management IMO. That game could have been a lot different had our best CM actually played CM.
However that is my one small crumb of hope = JPvH is back for Brentford, meaning unless Dunk is properly injured then he'll move left allowing Baleba to go back into CM. Essentially that is 2 big players back.

Has there been any update on Mitoma? Do we know why he was out on Saturday, I assume injured?

Newcastle have an incredibly expensive squad with PL level defenders and CM's, laser focused on a CL place, they'll take us apart.
They do. However football can change really quickly, just look at us after the int break. The secret sauce there is Isak, we've seen what happens to them when he's out. He could get injured again, we might hit form, who knows.
