Strasbourg is very much for Chelsea to develop players. No way are they taking any of our young players to develop without a buy option.

RDZ also loved Coldplay and was seen on social media dancing at one of their concerts, so maybe it's a prerequisite?
No surprise, one of the best, if not best live band around these days. Oh hang on I’ve already been crucified for that opinion on another thread!

To be fair, it's not only Albion managers who have been found guilty of grooving to Coldplay at Wembley

They went out and scored twice in the first 8 minutes of the 2nd half after this. Game finished 2-2.

Wish that bloke in the background would shut up, couldn’t hear a word he was saying.

I think that’s a fair observation.

However, FH was taken on with only 18months experience as a manger for a German second division team with promotion in his first full season. It was hardly a long list of achievements.

I do agree with you though about LR. More experience would be useful.
Part of my reasoning is that if you have to sack a young, rookie Prem manager after 1 year you probably don't want to follow that up with appointing another rookie Prem manager with a modest CV.

We are an established Prem club now and so will attract a calibre of applicant that we simply weren't able to just 5 or 6 years ago.
