What's at the top of those fancy Meccano towers on the terraces to stop the bottom of our beautiful arch from getting SCRATCHED? RUBBER? Plus what happens if, when one bit of the arch is lifted into position, it isn't quite at the same height as the bit next to it?

If the arch doesn't fit correctly, rather than sending it back to the fabricators, I understand the entire East Stand has to be torn down and re-built, and the dogs heads demolished and re-cast.

Will be fitted to the arch by chains/strops, not only will this make the lift more stable, it will create less stress on the structure.
