And another reason for invading neighbouring countries, stealing children etc.
Indeed. But Russia is still dying.

Peter Zeihan suggests that - demographically - now was the last chance saloon for Russia to take Ukraine. It was already running out of men of fighting age, and Russia has already killed the men it needed to deliver its post-war recovery.

930,000 casualties and counting. An unknown number of deaths. The injured forced back to the front, as they can't go home; the optics wouldn't be good.

It's disgusting isn't it - at least 34 dead.
Has Trump denounced it yet? Witkoff? Kellog? Rubio? anyone from the negotiating team.
They are all complicit with their negotiations that fully favour Russia and lack of any extra sanctions 😡.
My wife was in tears..... seen the full graphic aftermath video.

Normal civilians going to church on Palm Sunday and Russia launches 2 iskander ballistic missiles on the busiest civilian part of city, packed full of cluster munitions to cause maximum death.

Sickening evil

Very sad, one of the worst strikes (each one is terrible, I know).
My wife was numb for a few hours - there are no words really that can describe the horror of what Russia does.

Trump say's it was a mistake. Is he really Russia's spokesman now? Is he making excuses for them?

BBC News - Deadly Russian attack on Ukraine was a mistake, Trump says

Definitely. Trump supports Putin 100%, it's a disgusting reaction from him. World/European leaders need to call out Trump publicly for that statement - there is NOTHING to lose by calling him out.

Trump still just cannot bring himself to blame Putin for starting the war or for any of his subsequent atrocities... "It was an abuse of power" he says, but not Putin's abuse of power but Biden's.

And the recent Russian missile attack on Sumy which killed innocent civilians including children was just "a horrible mistake"....

He doesn't even know the correct word for a church spire. He calls them "spirals" while simultaneously spinning his finger in an upward motion, the thick twat.

Trump and his cronies will push even harder for an agreement whereby Russia gets the four provinces they don't even fully occupy, Trump claims peace, the Nobel prize, any remaining minerals etc.
F**k off,Trump.
You are missing one important point. Ukraine don’t need to as Russia is a busted flush. Trump can do whatever he wants but unless Zelensky decides to join in it’s meaningless. Trumps eye is already off the ball as he’s having too much fun with tariffs.

Yes I know 🤞🏻, but the constant Trump support of Putin, without being called out properly, just boils my blood.

I agree with most of that but, a very big but, Ukraine are very reliant on US intelligence & while European countries can step in with help it isn't as extensive, as was seen with the attack in Kursk.

You have a strong sense of justice @raymondo. It goes against the grain not to call him out.
All the time Trump does not call him out, more lives are lost. Or maybe they would have been lost anyway.

The tragedy of Sumy is a sign of desperation. Calling him out hasn't stopped him. Putin doesn't listen. He never listens, whether he is called out or not.

Today, Russia is much weaker than when it began the war. Ukraine is stronger. And still very much in the game.

And it now has a resurgent Europe firmly onside, (sans Orban), who have a vested interest in developing the 'steel porcupine'.

Europe will prove to be more reliable and trustworthy than any American government.

True but Europe is upping it’s hand so it’s a timing issue.

Good section by Zelenskyy on this weeks US version, 60 minutes programme.

16 mins long, recorded on Friday as Witless met Putin and Zelenskyy does a good job of softly softly pushing back against Trump and Vance 👏

Is this interview one of the reasons Trump wants to shut down CBS
