I didn't see it as a red today. He has the right to free himself if both arms are being held.

Thought he provided some attacking quality in an overall very poor team performance again. He's far from the biggest problem we have
The fact Frank has clearly told his players to hold him like that to get a reaction and it's worked twice in one season sums up what a predictable idiot he is.

Disagree. I think it was a clear red, and very similar to ones he got away with when being held during the season. He lost his temper, lashed out, and was already walking when the ref produced the red. No complaints, he lost his head and lashed out with a mule kick and an arm in the face.

Being held is not an excuse, it’s a reason, but not an excuse.
I'll have a look again, but the way I saw it first time, it was one action to try and get his arms free. He caught the defender but not that hard.

I reckon a reputation got him the red rather than the incident itself

Then he needs to be hyper sensible and not lash out in anyway. Plenty of players manage it.

I thought the kick was the red card incident, I only saw the arm in latter replays - he mule kicks him between the legs with a simultaneous arm in the face.

All that training in that Shaolin monastery paid off learning the famous Chin-Qao simultaneous punch-kick…

Just gone 3-1 down not really the time to raise your elbow and also kick off, selfish Prick who isn’t as good as he thinks he is. He’s not a kid he’s 23 FFS

I wouldn’t play him for the final two games after the ban either. Let’s see how much he wants to be here next season without any run of form and no shop window

Reactionary yes, but it’s been coming, had enough of the arm waving and rolling about. He’s not adding much other than converting penalties.

Can’t wait for the holiday snaps

Especially when we’ve just gone 3-1 down
Totally lack of awareness and no consideration of his teammates or the fans who have travelled
Let’s face it, it’s a job for them. They care as much about us as a shelf stacker at Asda cares for their customers.

Sell him, he’s a petulant pillock… he was extremely lucky with his phantom elbow earlier this season…

His dick head tendencies far outweigh his actual ability.

I don’t want people like him at the club… I’d take any offers going, and whilst I’m at it if I was his coach irrespective of his ban he wouldn’t play for me again… torpedoed his team mates…

This is where I'm at. Can't see an arsenal or Liverpool going for him unless really cheap. Maybe a villa or castle although I would suprise he would start for either

Massive over reaction.

If he was on the pitch he wouldnt have made any difference to the woeful schoolboy defending of their 4th.

JP was really good in Europe and is a good player whose changed games when he's on it. Maybe he's not looking as good now under FH as he did under RDZ, but that could be for a number of reasons. He's still making the Brazil squads.

To suggest, as a young man, he should never play for Albion again, for trying to throw off a player who was deliberately pinning him down, is just plain silly.

He doesn't look interested and seems to want away (from his performances). I guess we can't play a player for his penalty taking.
