Sums it up sadlyPosted about Welbeck's comments yesterday. Very telling. On the one hand we have our manger saying "we shouldn't point fingers" and Danny, an experienced pro, been there seen it done it in the PL for teams at all levels and a winner say "some players aren't playing for each other and it's happened too many times this season". He's not listening to people saying we're like whiny Utd fans.
The main point for me is that I thought/presumed the Forest debacle got rid of these performances but it's the manner of performances since we went behind against Villa is disgraceful really. Weak, soft, naive, lazy, arrogant. I cannot stand some of our players attitude:
JP - deliberately slow on the ball and has been a walking red card many times this year. He's let everyone down.
Minteh - stopped defending last few weeks. Refuses to kick a ball with his right foot and gets mardy, shaking his head when he gets subbed.
Pervis - poor for all four goals yesterday and gave away the free kick V Leicester which led to the second goal. What is wrong with him?
Bart - has shrunk into himself. Maybe being linked with bigger clubs has also got to him
JPVH, March and Jack deserve better personalities alongside them. They care.
I have seen virtually nothing from Hurzelar to suggest he should sort them out. He doesn't have the balls to deal with this on the evidence. 'Friendly authority' - what a load of absolute shit. He has to start March and Mitoma V Potter next week. Watching that second yesterday gave me 22/23 vibes.
I am f***ing furious that they have reverted to pre Forest crap in a matter of weeks.
Not sure I'd be speaking to Dunk. He's never struck me as the sharpest tool in the box.No, there doesn’t. However, I’d expect the senior executives at this football club to be seeking the opinion of SENIOR pros as to the standard of the current management team. If I were Bloom etc I’d want to know the opinion of the likes of Welbeck, Dunk, March, Mitoma, etc. I’d be far less interested in the opinions of Ayari or f***ing Gruda.
The Troy Deeney school of man management...We got to stop all this bullshit win as a team loose as a team, start pointing the finger at players who are making the mistakes, starting with the goalie, been making mistakes for months, manager just says we have to learn from our mistakes but obviously they don't, Pedro needs proper hair dryer treatment, manager stopped a player playing for being late to the game a while back, so Pedro needs to be punished accordingly, not just the 3 games he's going to get, hopefully it's the last we see of him.
Players who don't live in the moment are useless.Someone should tell him about Hereford and Gillingham and all that
Maybe his present club will let us have him back.I haven't read the whole thread, so I may be repeating someone. I think this is where we are missing the influence of Lallana.
You may say that, but they showed good intensity and concentrate.Come on, both Wellbeck and March’s interviews are also ridddled with cliches.
@ManOfSussex his writing is good, but not as good as Bravo Two Zero, which actually gets better with every readI bloody loved Neil McNab, good for him. Never knew that!
Absolutely lost his shit (very audibly picked up by the effects mic) when O’Riley didn’t put him through. Absolutely vile language it wasAnd much much better when Webster is captain. The kids are probably terrified of him even though he seems a thoroughly nice chap. He cajoles and scowls and bollocks and points and inspires.
It should be our number one priority to find another leader this summer. Don’t care where they play, as long as they are likely to start. Someone with experience and respect and heart.
Have you been raiding the ethanol bottles again old fruitYou may say that, but they showed good intensity and concentrate.
When you have a strong opinion you have to press it.
This is a team game and everyone has to take responsibility for what they say in a presser.
There is no hiding place, and at the end of the day, it's the end of the day.
Fact.

But as a top scientist you will also be inhaling triclorethylene to see which has the best effect in a controlled test and all other variables being equalYes.
Indeed, I think both his and Bart's agents have been in overdrive recently spouting about what I think is in reality false interest. A classic example being United supposedly looking at Bart. Swap out one liability for another?Well if he maintains his current couldn't care less attitude, and continues to run around like a demented chicken, Liverpool will lose interest.
I'd do a bit of reading around before considering whether an experiment of that sort may be warrantedBut as a top scientist you will also be inhaling triclorethylene to see which has the best effect in a controlled test and all other variables being equal
Luck and pig-headedness you say?The hallmark of a successful scientist is judgement.
(Actually it isn't. It's luck. And sometimes pig-headedness.)
Also the from the Sir Alex Ferguson school of man management. Even Pep Guardiola's to a large degree. The Troy Deeney school of man management...

If you get it right, the neck yawns back like a muppets mouth. Repeat and adapt, repeat and adapt, repeat and adapt.@ManOfSussex his writing is good, but not as good as Bravo Two Zero, which actually gets better with every read
You are comparing a man who won 52 trophies in 37 years as a manager with a man who spent 3 weeks in charge of Forest Green Rovers, winning none of his 6 games in charge? As if this proves that being a bullying **** is the way forward as a manager? Also the from the Sir Alex Ferguson school of man management. Even Pep Guardiola's to a large degree.
Hurzelars platitudes are uninspiring at best.
Nope merely saying that calling out individuals worked for the most successful managers possibly ever. You are comparing a man who won 52 trophies in 37 years as a manager with a man who spent 3 weeks in charge of Forest Green Rovers, winning none of his 6 games in charge? As if this proves that being a bullying **** is the way forward as a manager?
Top logic! You are clearly drinking something stronger than the pint of diethylene glycol that @ROSM bought me earlier.
