First let me say that I agree with everything you have posted.

I just have one question, when you say a time limited survey are you saying the club threatened some action would be taken if you didn't complete it?
Yes they wanted a reply before the Villa game

Jesus, some people getting their knickers in a twist over a generic email!!!

I missed the first couple of games of the season due to surgery. Didn't list my ticket and then got an email from the club. Answered it with the reason, problem solved. I certainly didn't think the club were trying to single me out and didn't take it personally.

A lot of it comes back to the old school theory that you bought a season ticket and it's your's to do as you please and ignore the fact that the purchase is actually entering into a contract with the club with terms and conditions.

A contract which as far as I can see they have breached in a number of cases by reselling the seat without the STH's agreement. Unless there is something in the T&Cs for the current season that I have missed.

Are you seriously saying you should disclose your illnesses or disability to the football team you support prior to attending, in your free time, a football match? Unless you may need assistance.
I’m trying to suggest a workable solution to something that’s clearly bothering you.

Did they say what sanction, if any, would be applied if you didn't complete it?
No they didn't and that is my point all along this thread. They request you take the "survey" before a certain date yet what happens if you don't ? What if I didn't see it and didn't reply only to find the seat I pay for I'm denied.

that assumes you know 24 hour in advance and put ticket on line rather than something happening overnight.
But make sure it’s at least 24 hours before kick off or else. Don’t be taken ill on the same day.
This has been discussed to death previously, but I’ll respond again. 4 or 5 times a season? Unlikely I’d say.

But you did see it…I presume because you check your email?

I was told if I missed 5 games my ST would be cancelled. I had neglected to list my tickets just once.
At the time, I had no idea it was compulsory.

On the subject of anxiety, I know of someone who came into the stadium but after 30 mins had a panic attack. He wanted to leave but had a lecture from the stewards who refused to let him leave at first. They kept saying, you can’t come back in once you‘ve left. There was no empathy at all.

The club were correct in finally getting to grips with this in a concerted manner. The swathes of empty seats in the lower tiers had become a joke at almost every home game and had absolutely nothing to do with old guessed excuses such as it’s the school holidays. Possibly/probably folk who hold onto their ST’s for dear life and can easily afford the sunk cost when very rarely attending, who can’t be arsed in giving a minute of their time using the exchange to give someone else a chance. At some games this season in the NS eg Bmuff we’ve had ten empty seats next to us, several directly in front.

Do you have piles?
Do you suffer from a soft cock?
Do you wet yourself?
Do you shit your pants?

Unless you tell me I will not respond to your posts

Or is it not any of my f***ing business?
Are you sure this questionnaire was from the club?

They must have all gone down with the same 'illness' on the day of the game, not leaving them enough time to put their seats on the exchange

You, i or anyone has paid for that seat. That's the workable situation, it has been paid for. The fact the club has seen it in their position to make it a further money reason to stop passing the ticket via a free registration to a family or friend is the reason for this. The team need a full stadium for support, allow those that pay and support you to do that!

No re-entry is a common policy in most stadiums/venues.

He knew that. When having a panic attack he just wanted to get out into the fresh air. He didn’t need to be kept there being told off.
